Rainfall statistics from December

I live near a creek which flooded in early December. After the last flood, in the mid nineties, the city of Lake Forest Park spent a good deal of money on a flood control project to prevent flooding. Is there anywhere that I can look up the amount of rainfall from the nearest sites to this creek on this date, December 3, 2007? McAleer creek is only about four or five miles long and runs from Lake Ballinger, near Meridian and 206th, to Lake Washington in Lake Forest Park. It roughly follows Ballinger Way. I believe there may be rainfall tracking at Brookside Elementary School, but I would be interested in statistics from any site near the creek.
